This set of Ben Hogan PTx irons features a hollow-body, multi-material construction designed to provide the feel and workability of a forged iron with the forgiveness and distance of a modern game-improvement club. The PTx line uses a progressive loft system, visible on the soles of these clubs (25°, 29°, 33°, and 37°), allowing for precise gap management. The "Ben Hogan" script is clearly stamped on the rear cavity, with the "PTx" model designation located on the hosel.

Condition: Fair to good used condition. Club heads show visible bag chatter and surface scratches from regular play. The club faces show moderate wear, particularly on the higher lofted irons, with some minor browning/discoloration in the impact zones. Shafts are straight with no cracks; some minor cosmetic scuffing is visible on the graphite finish. Grips remain tacky but show some surface smoothing. No significant gouges or rock chips are present on the soles or leading edges.
